    Had an appointment for 930 for 4 tire mounts, I watched them pull my truck in and not start it, then start working on another customers vehicle who got there after me. 1015 my truck was still not started, I ask what the problem is, I get told it'l be started next, and will be at least another 1.5 hours. All the while a customer who arrived after me has their vehicle being worked on before mine. I then get told I should expect around 3 hours total, that's insane, when I had an appointment. After all that, I leave without work done and driving down the highway, the hood pops open! There was no need to even have the hood up, but learn to close it, the could have caused an accident.

    Save yourself the time and trouble, and just go to Midas, I did and they are much more timely and professional and about the same price wise.
